- Batteries & chargers: 1-year warranty
What's covered: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use — motor failures, switch faults, charging issues, and structural defects.
What's not covered: Normal wear parts (blades, trimmer line, wheels), damage from misuse, drops, water immersion, unauthorized disassembly or repair, and commercial use.
How to claim: Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video. Most claims are resolved within 3 business days — we typically send replacement parts or a replacement unit rather than asking you to ship anything back.
