We want you to love your ZenoMint tools. If something isn't right, we make returns simple.
30-day return window: You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How to start a return:
- Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send you a return authorization and the address of the nearest return warehouse (US or EU).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Defective or damaged on arrival? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping costs. You won't pay a cent for our mistake.
Return shipping: For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. For defective or incorrect items, we cover it.
